The 3 of diamonds, Juarez, is born in Mexico. He was the boss of the Scorpion family, before one man, “the mad dog” betrayed him and sent him behind bars. He got out of prison with the help of a little cash, but all the gang members loyal to him were already eliminated by the mad dog. Juarez no longer had his prestige, and with his own gang started hunting him, he chose to fight back. Juarez returned to the gang with eleven knives in his coat, left behind a bloodbath and mad dog hanging in his own intestines. This incident caused an earthquake in the underworld of Mexico, eventually several gangs jointed together wanting Juarez dead, left him no choice but smuggling into the United States. He joined the Diamond family, the K of Diamonds showed him enough appreciation, but only gave him a card of 3. This was good enough for the poor desperate Juarez. but he has not received any respect ever since. The 2 of Diamonds saw this opportunity; By his extraordinary fighting skill, he soon earned Juarez’s obedience. 2 got the loyalty of Juarez, as well as Juarez’s flying knife skill.

…The 3 of Spades got up from the ground, slashed his axe to the 2 of Diamonds, but was stopped by a silver flying knife stabbed on his wrist. A shadow emerged at the side of 2 of Diamonds, a pair of machete was drown. Pulled out the knife, 3 of Spades kept chopping with the axe, joined by the 4 of Spades with his dagger. Pair of Diamond 3’s machete were dancing in the air, 3 and 4 of Spades were unable to parry, just like they could not block the flow of water. The machetes chopped and slashed on their body, blood spattered out. The 3 and 4 of spades was soaked in red, lied on the ground, unable to get up on their foot.

“Gift to send a message to the spades family”, the 2 of Diamonds said, coldly,

“Which hand?” The 3 of spades asked.

“Whichever with the tattoo you prefer”

Ralap was 6-years old and he followed his outdoor-passionate parents into the forests to taste a little wild life experience. Unfortunately they were attacked by a giant bear. His parents were deadly wounded by the bear trying to protect young Ralap. In the end, Ralap fell off a cliff and passed out. Saved by a female wolf, he woke up and headed towards a bestial life.

  15 years later, K of Diamonds and his crowds found this half-people half-animal boy while hunting in the forest. They brought him back to the city. Ralap could not handle it at first. After long time training, Ralap finally started to read and talk. K of Diamonds saw the pureness and wildness on him, raised him to become a blood-lust killer. Ralap was not popular in the gang. Besides, he lived with captive wolves for a long time and strong smell came out from him. The fact that nobody respected him made him even more withdrawn and ruthless.

  2 of Diamonds discovered the wildness and potential of Ralap and treated him well. He taught him some proficient fighting skills, even designed special weapons for him. Gradually, Ralap started to trust him and submitted to him.

  The second 7 of Spades Harry was blown out of the cabin, 5 of Spades, Baron collected his sniping rifle. Along with a crew member, he ran towards the cabin, trying to save other family members. With the thick jungle and messy weeds, even Baron was running strenuously. While his was on the run, a shadow came out from the woods and caught up. Baron heard the scream from his crew member but never saw his disappearance. Somehow a sense of beastly odor and a hint of bloody smell were spreading in the air. The moment Baron drew his pistol, a shadow pounced onto him from behind and clenched his arm tightly. It was a huge grey wolf biting him.

  After all, Baron was Special Force. Bitten and scratched by the wolf, he threw some heavy punches on the wolf’s nose with his left fist. The wolf was hurt and had to back off. Baron freed his right hand and started shooting right away. Although the wolf quickly dodged a few rounds, bullets still scraped its right leg. Saw that the wolf ran into the woods, Baron tapped a few more rounds. A leaf fell from the tree slowly right in front of Baron. The moment he looked up, a shadow jumped from above with a sharp weapon stroking Baron’s arm. Baron felt the strong sting and lost his pistol. A tall, hairy figure appeared, with a scissor katar in each hand, one in his right hand was still dripping blood. A wolf growled behind Baron at the same time. Baron moved his body towards his pistol on the ground. “Bang!”- a bullet went into the ground right in front of the pistol. Baron frowned while seeing the smoking gun in that hairy figure’s hand. The wolf was roaring and teething, getting closer and closer to bite again. Right on the time when the wolf was jumping onto him, Baron rolled over to the rifle behind him. He grabbed the bag and swung as hard as he could, by which the beast was hit heavily. Baron took no hesitation and hide into the woods. He rushed towards Ada.

  As he was getting closer to Ada, Baron saw her and four of his family members being chased by several Diamond family crews. Baron got the sniping rifle out the bag and took down three of them. Then the rest of them hid behind the trees. Baron finally got to her. But another wolf roared behind them, and then several wolves roared in response. Suddenly all the roaring stopped, sixteen green eyes popped out of the woods. The shadow figure came over as well, with the scissor katars shining in his hand.

  Ada was surrounded with everyone else. Baron changed the clip and threw himself in front of Ada. Ada hold on to her katana and MP7, pointed them to the approaching wolves. A Spade family member fired the first shot in panic. The leader wolf howled, and then all the wolves jumped to the surrounded crowds. Baron shot the first attack in a split second, yet he was pushed over by another one came from the side. He had to hold on to his rifle to resist the biting mouth. Ada shot her MP7 in vein and emptied her clip. She had to defend herself from two crazy wolves with her katana. The rest of Spades was bitten and rolled all over the place.

  20 minutes later, with another roar, 5 still-left wolves stepped behind the figure. Blood splashed out the throat of Spades crew members, some of them were still twitching. Baron’s hands became a bloody mess. Ada also had quite a few tears on her thigh and coat.

  The shadow walked towards Baron while he tried to raise himself up. Baron felt a strong smell, a mixture of wolf’s wildness and death. Baron panted, “Let her go. She is the sister of J. I will stay.” The shadow figure made no response, with a cigar in his mouth. Baron signed to Ada and made her leave. With tears in her eyes, Ada moved with much hesitation. Saw that neither the man nor the wolves was going to stop her, Ada cried and ran to the   road.

  Baron saw Ada running away, then turned to look at the dark figure. A katar blade went deeper and deeper into Baron’s chest. He withheld his scream in great pain, but stared right into the eyes of that man. Gradually, Baron’s body stopped shivering. The shadow man pulled out the katar, licked the blood off the blade. With a grim of light, one would see the beast-like look on his face. The man looked to the direction where Ada was running, but he made no effort to chase. Ada ran through the woods and found her way to the road, where she was picked up by other crew members. She got into their vehicle and fled in a flurry......

Milevsky used to be an underground boxer, he has been trained a Siberia training camp. The camp was built on permafrost layers in the Arctic Circle. The extreme weather and living conditions, combined with its hellish regulation and training, meant that only those 1/3 lucky trainees could walk out of the camp alive. The outcome of the camp is outstanding, though. Its graduates have superior strength and perfect fighting attitude: cruel, calm, and despising of life.

Milevsky survived in the training camp thanks to his excellent physical condition and strong will; he even killed a polar bear with his bare hands during wilderness survival training, which brought him scars all over his body. This incident eventually made him the new instructor, until the camp got knocked down by the military. But Milevsky soon found a new place to go: underground boxing. With strength, toughness and cruelty, he survived good in the games, and earned a new nickname. “Glacial Man”.

The ace of diamonds is the investor of the underground games, he noticed the great potential of Milevsky, and brought him into the family. At first Milevsky was not quite well-suited for the easy and comfortable life, but when he became aware of a frightening plot, the savage blood in his body became boiling once again, and he was soon recruited by the 2 of diamonds.

After a bang of explosion, the 7 of spades (Harry) got blown out of the window, and is dragged behind a pile of woods by one of his crew. The explosion has stunned Harry, blood is coming out of his ear and body. Bullets hit the woodpile like pouring rain, splashing wood chips are screaming furiously, causing the refugees unable to move. Men of the Aces family are moving to surround the woodpile; Men of the Spades family are falling, while the remaining ones retreat into the forest.

A huge shadow nearly 2 meters high paces out of the smoke. It carries an RPK machine gun and keeps strafing towards the woodpile, as if it tries to smash not only this pile of wood, but also the human hearts behind. An extended magazine is soon emptied, then replaced by a drum, and again, emptied. The spades crew already finished his last clip; he has no choice but to raise his gun and surrender. Harry has recovered some strength and struggles to stand up facing Milevsky: “Let him go, and I’m all yours.” A “Bang” is the reply Harry gets, and his man gets a bullet in the head and falls to the ground. “You are not in the position to negotiate”, says Milevsky, icily, with the in his hand still smoking.

Milevsky throws away all his weapons and tosses a giant dagger under Harry’s feet, “But you can die as a fighter.”

Harry picks up the dagger, staggering rushes into Milevsky. Years in the battlefield have made Harry a decent fighter, but he is heavily wounded. After only a few rounds, Milevsky dodges a stabbing and stomps into Harry’s belly. Harry falls to the ground, blood in his stomach is rushing up to his throat, but he struggles up with one blood spit, holding the dagger even firmer and dashes towards Milevsky again. Once, twice, three times Harry is knocked down, blood pouring from his mouth, until he cannot get up one more time. Harry leans on the woodpile, his vision gradually blurs away, his hands trembling, but he still grasps the dagger tightly. Strength is drained from the body; Harry is calm, with a hint of smile on his lips, maybe he knows that he will soon be free. Milevsky walks to Harry slowly and squats down in front of him, reaches out his huge hands around Harry’s neck. “прощаемся на всегда”, a sound of spine breaking is heard, and a man is forever gone…

Dragon emerges through fire, and tiger borns by the water

Hong Wu is not named after the reign title of the first emperor of Ming Dynasty; being a fat child, his father gave him this name, hope that he would practice and carry forward Hong’s martial arts. His family arrived in the United States in the late 70’s, but his father kept hovering in the outer rings of the Triads(a.k.a Hong Men, or Vast Family), due to the complicated relationships within. After his father’s death, Hong Wu has made much contribution for the gang, but without supports, he never got the position he deserved. In the meantime Neil’s gang was facing a rebellion and in dire need of foreign aid, so Hong Wu decided to join Kojiro and bring his men helping Neil solved the problem. After his restoration, Neil invited Hong Wu and Kojiro to a brotherhood ceremony out of gratitude, imitating the Three Kingdoms story. They created the Spades family. The three leaves are a symbol of them joining veins, hearts and live. Showing his good faith, Neil regulated that only the Chinese and Japanese members could be in power to intervene with family affaires; the seat of K of Spades were taken in turns by men of the two nations, specifically speaking, Hong Wu and Kojiro, for the past 25 years. Under their leadership, the Spades family absorbed many small gangs over time and kept growing, and eventually sat on an equal footing with the other three colours.

The 3 of Club, peak Chen, (a.k.a. Shan Zai) is the son of a former high-positioned member of the family. He had practiced the family swordship since young age. But due to his fun-loving, lazy good-for-nothing character, he has ever excelled at the skills. Luckily he is blessed with a brain for business. Thus he runs most of the entertainment businesses of the Club Family.

The biggest night club, Jin Ge, is one of Shan Zai’s favorite places. He always wines and dines VIPs in this club. Although it seems all glamorous from the outside, inside there is a secret tunnel that goes into an underground warehouse. Besides all the money-laundering going inside there, some rooms are used for interrogation jobs.

        Lately, several shipments of smuggling antiques got robbed by a small Southeast-Asian gang. Shan Zai’s men finally found about them and captured a few key members. They were locked into this warehouse before Shan Zai took his time on them. When Shan Zai arrived, he found some half-dead men in bloodshed tied up to chairs.

“Brother Shan, this is their head, Pei Wu. They robbed our load. He’s confessed the hiding place, and our people are on the way now. But we don’t know who the plotter is.” One of his members grabbed Pei Wu by the hair and showed his face to Shan Zai.
Shan Zai looked at the bloody-beaten men and sat down at a couch before them. He stared at the guy and slowly started talking. “Mencius said, ‘Life is what I want, righteousness is also what I want’, what’s your choice?”
“Heh, I’ll be dead either way”, the small head squeezed a taunting smile from his blood dripping mouth corner.
“I can give you a chance to choose again”, Shan Zai made a signal to his gang.
A member took two suitcases, put them on a table in the dark corner, and placed a coin on each one, different side up.
“One of the suitcases has cash, the other one a MP5, coins on them are head and tail up, and you can pick a side. Make the right choice you can take away the cash, that’s if you tell me who’s behind you; Make the wrong one…you can take all the bullets.” Shan Zai shrugged his shoulders.

Greg once served in the special force, and then he spent a few years in the mercenary business with Ogier and Harry. Together they faced death on the battlefield, where¬¬ Ogier saved Harry’s and Greg’s lives. Later, Harry followed Ogier into the Spades family and became the 7 of Spades, while Greg chose a different path and settled in Mexico with his Mexican wife, and organized a small moto gang called “the Tribe”. Ogier would pay a visit to Greg every time he stepped on Mexican soil.
